To all our patient’s, we prefer to see you face to face. We believe that our patients will always benefit far more from being able to visit their doctor in person, but should you feel that a telehealth consult is necessary then talk to our staff and they will advise on telehealth appointment availability.
Since the start of COVID-19, a lot of things were understandably put on hold by everyone. However, we are aware that we should not be neglecting preventive health measures which is the cornerstone of healthcare. We are continuing to encourage our patients to be up to date with their health needs as advised by their doctor. If you have received a reminder by our clinic for your care plans, health assessments, immunisations, test results, etc, please call and make your appointment, as it is even more important to stay healthy now than ever before.
Masks are still required in healthcare settings as we routinely care for immunocompromised and vulnerable people. We practice social distancing at all times. The waiting room will only be for a limited number of patients. Please do not bring anyone to your appointment that does not need to attend with you. We understand if you need to bring a support person and only one parent should attend with a child who has an appointment.
If you have respiratory symptoms, please continue to perform a RAT or PCR test prior to your appointment. If you are COVID positive, we can offer telehealth.
We are available via telephone to clarify any queries you may have.
